Multi-State Surplus Real Estate Auction Set for April

TULSA, Okla., March 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams & Williams, a leader in global live and interactive real estate auctions will offer a portfolio of real estate April 17-20 for multinational oil and gas firm Weatherford (NYSE: WFT). The group of 24 assets will be offered to the public in Absolute Auctions, with no seller reserves. The auction is being conducted in conjunction with strategic broker partner JLL (NYSE: JLL).
Properties include industrial buildings and land, plus three residential units. Fourteen properties are located throughout Texas. Other properties are located in Utah, Wyoming, Kansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and West Virginia. Most of the properties will be sold during live, on-site auctions and all will be available for online bidding.
"These will be exceptional opportunities for investor or end-users of industrial property. They are well maintained and favorably situated in existing business parks and industrial districts," said Fontana Fitzwilson, Executive Vice President of Williams & Williams. She said most properties are between 2 and 20 acres with improvements, and some are being offered with leasebacks in place.
The auctions are open to the public and inspections will be held at the improved properties from 11-2pm Fridays March 23 and April 6.
