MONDI PLC - Director Declaration

John Nicholas, independent non-executive director of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, has been appointed a non-executive director and Chairman designate of Porvair plc, with effect from 1 October 2017.

It is also confirmed that John will retire as a director of Hunting PLC at its Annual General Meeting in April 2018.

This disclosure is made to comply with LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules.
