NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW), a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, on its acquisition of e-Infochips Limited, a global product engineering and software services firm based in San Jose, California and Ahmedabad, India. The acquisition is expected to expand Arrow's Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities and strengthen its presence in the IoT services market.
