The Combined  General Meeting of Maurel & Prom shareholders held today, chaired by Mr. Jean-François HENIN, approved all the resolutions submitted.

The General Meeting approved the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015 and a discharge was given to the Board of Directors.
