LiqTech International, Inc. Files Annual Report And Audited Financial Statements For The 2016 Fiscal Year

AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

In conjunction with the filing of our Annual Report for the 2016 Fiscal Year, we have filed the report of our independent registered public accounting firm, Gregory & Associates, LLC along with our audited financial statements, which are available on the Company's website at www.liqtech.com and in printed form to our shareholders free of charge upon request.

Pursuant to the disclosure requirements of the NYSE MKT Company Guide Section 610(b), the Company is reporting that its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K, contains an audit opinion from its independent registered public accounting firm that includes an explanatory paragraph related to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. As previously announced the Company has entered into an Investment Agreement with Hunan Yonker Investment Group for an $4 million investment in LiqTech no later than April 15, 2017. We believe that this $4 million investment, should we receive it by April 15, 2017, along with our cash on hand will sustain our operations for the foreseeable future, but we may need to raise additional funds through public or private sales of equity or debt securities.
