Lincoln Financial Welcomes New Talent To Plan Sponsor Experience Team

RADNOR, Pa., Oct. 1, 2013

The Retirement Plan Services Plan Sponsor Experience team helps plan sponsors offer retirement plan programs that align with business objectives and help attract and retain top talent, ultimately boosting employees' retirement readiness. The team understands the needs of plan sponsors and can deliver the right services and solutions to the organizations they serve.

Ghormley and Marwitz each have more than 25 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to joining Lincoln, Ghormley served as Vice President of Relationship Management at Prudential Financial where he managed client and advisor relationships and retention efforts. He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Marwitz joins Lincoln from Associated Wealth Management where he served as Vice President and Manager of Retirement Plan Services. After serving in many Relationship Management roles throughout his career, Marwitz co-led the Retirement Plan Services business at Associated, where he consulted clients and internal partners on retirement plan best practices and industry trends, and was responsible for expanding networks with internal institutional partners, financial advisors, consultants and clients. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 26 and 63 licenses.
