ISI Security Announces Appointment of Ray Gilley as President and CEO

SAN ANTONIO, March 13, 2013

Mr. Gilley has served as President and COO of the Company's commercial business, MCS Fire & Security, since 2012. As the leader of MCS Fire & Security, Ray demonstrated a wealth of experience and knowledge in the security industry that will enhance the Company's corrections business. The Company will benefit from his expertise and leadership as it strives to meet customer expectations for quality solutions, and further strengthen our position as a leader in the corrections market. Ray will also continue to reestablish the Company as one of the strongest commercial security and fire alarm contractors in the region.

Prior to joining MCS Fire & Security, Ray ran his own commercial security company, Encompass Security, located in Southlake, TX. prior to which he served  as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sonitrol Management Corporation located in Westlake, TX.  He led the SMC group for over 14 years, building the 7^th largest commercial security company in the country.  He brings more than 33 years of experience in securing complex commercial facilities in the U.S.

Commenting on his promotion, Mr. Gilley stated, "I am pleased to accept this additional responsibility and look forward to working with the Board of Directors and other members of management to grow and continue to improve the Company.
