(NYSEMKT: ERB) securities between April 14, 2014 and November 20, 2015.

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants issued materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) ERBA's accounting of intercompany transactions among its subsidiaries, including its consolidated financial statements, were improper and had an impact on reported assets and liabilities; (2) ERBA lacked adequate controls over financial reporting; (3) ERBA's financial statements during the Class Period were materially false and misleading; and (4) as a result, Defendants' statements about ERBA's business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
