INGREDION INCORPORATED DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND OF $0.50 PER SHARE - AN INCREASE OF $0.05 PER SHARE

WESTCHESTER, Ill., September 21, 2016 - today, The Board of Directors of Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR) increased the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.50 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend, up from $0.45 per share last quarter, is payable on October 25, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 3, 2016.
