Incap Corporation has on 20 February 2018 received an announcement in accordance with Chapter 9, Sections 6 and 7 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy/K22 Finance Oy out of Incap Corporation's shares and votes has exceeded the flagging limit.
