NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2016

On November 3, 2016, the Company disclosed that it was reducing its financial forecasts by approximately 10% for 2016 and would be forced to close a plant in Canada and cut jobs at another facility.  On the same day, the Company announced that its President would resign.

Our investigation concerns whether the Company board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
