NEW YORK, March 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of SEACOR Holdings Inc. ("SEACOR" or the "Company") (NYSE: CKH) concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.

On March 2, 2017, SEACOR disclosed that it would be unable to timely file its Form 10-K or the 2016 fiscal year because it had identified internal control deficiencies. While the assessment of internal controls was not complete, the Company stated that the deficiencies could represent internal weaknesses.
