NEW YORK, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/-- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Quality Systems, Inc. ("QSII" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: QSII), concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.
On November 19, 2013, a securities class action was filed against the Company in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, No. 13-cv-01818. The complaint alleges that for years, the Company's financial disclosures and guidance were misleading and inaccurate and projected a false picture of the Company's finances.
