NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company ("Mead Johnson" or the "Company") (NYSE: MJN) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt Benckiser").

Under the terms of the offer, Reckitt Benckiser would acquire Mead Johnson in a transaction valued at approximately $16.6 billion. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Mead Johnson shareholders would receive $90 per share in cash.
