NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2017

Under the terms of the offer, EQT would acquire Lumos in a transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $950 million. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Lumos shareholders would receive $18.00 per share in cash. At least one Wall Street analyst set a target price for Lumos stock of $21.00 per share.
