Specifically, shareholders confirmed the Company's amended and restated shareholder rights plan, shareholders reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company and each of the following seven nominees proposed by the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Board") was elected as a director of the Company:
