NORTH RANDALL, OH, July 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Novacab International Inc (NVOB PinkSheets) announces that, following the approval of FINRA, the corporate name has been changed to from Novacab International, Inc to Global Pole Trusion Group Corp with trading symbol GPGC.

The Company adds that there is no modification to its share structure and no reverse split was requested.

Its website is being updated under: www.globalpoletrusiongroup.com.

The Company developed technology which provides for the design and manufacture of composite electrical distribution poles, telecommunication poles, solar/wind technology poles and self supported towers. This is an innovated solution having a superior value while replacing wood and steel products.

Poletrusion Canada is the engineering division which creates the latest state of the art products based on the needs of its clients. The products are now in the process of homologation with Bell Canada and HydrOne in Ontario. The companies is also part of the Chair at the University of Sherbrooke; Dr Benmokrane, a director of the Chair, is part of the technical board at GPGC.

Poletrusion USA is the North American fabrication division. This division includes Martin Global Poletrusion (www.martinpultrusion.com) which has over 40 years experience in the pultrusion industry. Its expertise and equipment allows for the manufacturing of all machinery, tooling and equipment in the United States.

Poletrusion Marketing Group acts as the marketing representative of its products.

The technology has now reached a mature level and obtained homologation from many countries and awaits homologation from many others.
