Gladstone Commercial Corporation Announces Common, Senior Common and Preferred Stock Monthly Cash Distributions for October, November and December 2012

MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 10, 2012

$0.125 per common share for each of October, November and December 2012, payable per Table 1 below.  The Company has paid 93 consecutive monthly cash distributions on its common stock. Prior to paying distributions on a monthly basis, the Company paid 5 consecutive quarterly cash distributions.  The Company has never skipped, reduced or deferred a monthly distribution since inception, over eight years ago.

The Company has never skipped, reduced or deferred a monthly distribution.

The Company has never skipped, reduced or deferred a monthly distribution.

Monthly distributions will be payable per Table 5 below.
