Forest City board declares increased quarterly dividend

CLEVELAND, Aug. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Forest City Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCEA) announced today that its board of directors has declared a third-quarter 2017 cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, payable on September 18, 2017, to holders of record of common stock as of the close of business on September 4, 2017.
