Essex Bank Announces Opening of Second Branch in Lynchburg, Virginia

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 6, 2017

Rex L. The Bank purchased both the land and a 2,540 square-foot retail bank office, which had been closed by another financial institution, at the Old Forest Road location
