ERF Wireless, Inc. Removes CEO & President

LEAGUE CITY, Texas, May 24, 2017

ERF WIRELESS, INC. ("ERF ") (OTC PINK: ERFB) today announced that Dr. H. Dean Cubley has been removed by the board of directors as CEO, President and from any other offices he held.  In addition, Clareen O'Quinn has been removed as corporate secretary and from any other offices she held.   No reason was given for the removals.  Dr. John B. Barnett, M.D. was named interim CEO, President, and Secretary until replacements are made.
