The report further stated that a 2015 wrongful termination suit alleged that a National Beverage employee was physically present at, operated, directed and managed an independent distributor not listed as a subsidiary or related party in any of National Beverage's filings. On this news, shares of National Beverage fell $3.81 per share or 8% from its previous closing price to close at $42.67 per share on September 28, 2016.
