Shareholders approved the placements of Type 1 and Type 2 VTB Bank (PJSC) preference shares in the form of conversion of VTB Bank (PJSC) preference shares and VTB Bank (PJSC) Type A preference shares, respectively. Type 1 preference registered shares of VTB Bank (PJSC) will be placed on the following terms: Number of Type 1 preference registered shares of VTB Bank (PJSC) to be placed: 21,403,797,025,000; Nominal value of Type 1 preference registered shares of VTB Bank (PJSC): RUB 0.01 per share; Placement form of Type 1 preference registered shares of VTB Bank (PJSC): conversion; Terms of conversion: one preference registered share of VTB Bank (PJSC) with a nominal value of RUB 0.01 is converted into one Type 1 preference registered share of VTB Bank (PJSC) with a nominal value of RUB 0.01; Conversion date: first business day after the receipt of the notification of state registration of an issue of Type 1 VTB Bank (PJSC) preference registered shares by VTB Bank (PJSC) from the Bank of Russia.
