Moscow, Russia - November 16, 2016 - Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia's national telecommunications operator, today announces the launch of its mobile services to the Company's subscribers in 65 regions across Russia, therefore, offering a full range of telecommunications solutions. Rostelecom launched its mobile services within the framework of an MVNO agreement with Tele2 Russia. Going forward, Rostelecom plans to continue developing its 4Play package offerings (four services from one operator), and in 2017, it intends to introduce a single bill for fixed and mobile services. The operator will focus on developing a range of family tariff offerings, including packages of internet access on multiple mobile devices, as well as a bundle access to home and mobile internet. In addition, Rostelecom plans to offer subscriber add-on equipment within its service package, as well as selling smartphones and tablets on the installment plans. The operator's mobile services are also available in a bundle with its fixed-line telecommunications services to its corporate and public sector clients.
