Cherkizovo Group announces results of its Board of Directors meeting Moscow, Russia - November 17, 2016 - Cherkizovo Group (LSE: CHE; MOEX: GCHE), the largest vertically integrated meat and feed producer in Russia, announces the results of its Board of Directors Meeting, which was held on November 16, 2016. The Board of Directors decided to increase the size of its management team to 15 members and has elected John Ross to the newly-created role of Chief Operating Officer. The Board also decided to terminate Valery Kuprienko's position as corporate secretary and elected to appoint Anastasia Bakhmacheva to this role. In addition, the Board of Directors also reviewed reports of the Chairman of the Management Board, the Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Chairman of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee, the Chairman of the Investment and Strategy Committee and the report on performance status of the orders of the Board of Directors.
