ANNOUNCES INTERIM RESULTS H1 2016 - Revenue increased to EUR18.9 million, up 2.2% YOY - Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR9.5 million, up 7% YOY - FFO I increased to EUR4.8 million, up 18.9% compared to H1 2015 - Equity rose to EUR131 million, up 22.6% YTD; Adjusted Equity increased to EUR175 million with an adjusted equity ratio of 47%, up from 21% at year- end 2015 Luxembourg, September 13, 2016 - Gutburg Immobilien S.A. The figures reflect the improving performance of the portfolio as stable demand for residential property in East German metropolitan areas has a positive impact on the business development of Gutburg.
