Epicore Grants Stock Options

EASTAMPTON, New Jersey, March 21, 2017

Epicore BioNetworks Inc. announces that it has granted stock options to non-executive directors, officers and to employees of the company. The number of options granted is 600,000, which is equivalent to 1.1% of Epicore's issued common stock. Of these options, 325,000 were issued to directors and officers.  Under the terms of the Epicore Stock Option Plan, options may be issued from time to time in any amount up to a maximum of 7,599,241 Epicore common shares. After issuance of these grants 2,945,913 options are outstanding. These options have an exercise price of Cdn $0.89 and expire in five years. The grant to directors follows Company board compensation policy.
