Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - January 5, 2016) - Epcylon Technologies Inc, (OTC Pink: PRFC ) ('Epcylon' or the 'Company') is a software company that develops and markets real-time data services for the financial technology, gaming and lottery markets. The Company announces today that it has entered into a license agreement with Tactex Asset Management Inc., of Montreal, Quebec. Under the terms of the license agreement, Tactex will be entitled to use the Company's Stealth trading signal software and research as a tool to build portfolio strategies for the management of certain accounts. Tactex is registered as a Portfolio Manager in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Alberta and British Columbia. 'We believe that Epcylon's Stealth platform offers valuable trading information to our managers and analysts and will form the basis of attractive fully-managed strategies. For Tactex, using the cutting edge trading technology in the Stealth platform for short term hold-period strategies allows us to better serve our clients.
