Encore and Thousand Trails RV Resorts and Campgrounds Reveal a Record 83 Locations Earn TripAdvisor's 2017 Certificate of Excellence

CHICAGO, July 24, 2017

Over the last four years, Encore and Thousand Trails have stepped up their efforts to achieve such high accolades from their guests. The "Strive for 5" is a goal across Encore and Thousand Trails properties as the company focuses its efforts to earn a five-star rating from its customers. With today's announcement, 25 Encore and Thousand Trails properties received TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence in back-to-back years, with two achieving the accolade the last three consecutive years.

The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
