Tel Aviv, Israel, 4 August, 2014

Further to its announcement on 29 July 2014, the Company announces that the
re-admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital to the standard
listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading
on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc ("
Admission") will become effective at 08.00 a.m. today.

The Company's ordinary shares continue to trade under the TIDM code BLZ and
the Company currently has 140,578,154 ordinary shares in issue (30,587,902 of
which are held in treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in
Emblaze is 109,990,252.

The above figure (109,990,252) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Emblaze under the
