EdR was recognized for leadership and excellence in development, renovation, implementation of mixed-use, vendor/operator solutions and green and sustainable construction and development.
EdR was honored with three awards in the on-campus category and two awards in the off-campus category. The sixth was given in partnership with Core Spaces for the off-campus student housing community, Urbane, near the University of Arizona, which is owned by EdR. EdR has been honored with a total of 22 awards since the inception of the Innovator awards six years ago.
