Eco Building Products, Inc. Announces Appointment of Randy Smith as CFO

VISTA, Calif., Aug. 18, 2015

"The Board is determined to ensure that Eco has the proper financial controls, reporting and SEC compliance regimens in place required to maintain the confidence of investors and to scale the Company to its full potential", said Gerry Czarnecki, Eco's Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Smith is an accomplished CPA and mid-market CFO having led a number of recapitalizations, and strategic buy-outs. "Randy and I have worked together before in leading a green field start-up and I know him to be a shirt sleeves financial pro, willing to dive into virtually any problem and work collaboratively to get things done.  Randy will roll his sleeves up and do whatever it takes alongside the rest of us and He is a welcomed addition to the Eco Team", said Tom Comery, President and CEO.
