DSM - Repurchase of Shares (25 November 2016 - 1 December 2016)

HEERLEN, the Netherlands, December 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, has repurchased 215,424 of its own shares in the period from 25 November 2016 up to and including 1 December 2016 at an average price of 57.32. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 4 November 2016. The consideration of this repurchase was 12.3 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,338,093 ordinary shares for a total consideration of €75.7 million.
