Daystar Technologies, Inc. announces unauthorized 8K SEC filing

KELOWNA, BC, April 22, 2014

Notice to shareholders: Unauthorized 8k dated 04-14-2014 on behalf of DayStar Technologies Inc

It has come to the current board of Daystar Technologies Inc. that an unauthorized 8-K was filed on behalf of Mr. Mark Lorne Roseborough.  In the boards' current possession, a copy of an email dated Friday 4/4/2014,  Michael Matvieshen (past senior consultant of company) stated that Matvieshen was going to pay for and file on behalf of Mr. Roseborough an 8-k regarding the company Daystar Technologies Inc.  Mr. Roseborough, who was relieved of all of his duties and all capacities from Daystar in 2013, was informed via email, text and direct phone conversations that he was not authorized to act or represent Daystar.

Roseboroughs' actions with direction /discussion from Matvieshen have affected the company negatively with their false and inaccurate statements referring to item 1.03 and item 2.02.  The company is currently consulting with our legal counsel on the inappropriate actions as neither Roseborough / Matvieshen represent the company and the company's current position in the filing.

Mr. Dan Giesbrecht and Mr. Derek Bannister, current board members have been in direct contact with SEC officials to retract the unauthorized filing and discontinue access from outside sources to the company's EDGAR filing account. Additionally there is communication with regulatory and legal authorities.

Mr. Giesbrecht and Mr. Bannister are currently working with multiple groups who have a current share position in DayStar and have expressed an interest in bringing additional resources forward. As we continue our due diligence it is clear there is value in DayStar Technologies Inc. We will communicate to shareholders in a timely and prudent manner.
