Cousins Properties Announces Public Offering of 63,571,336 Shares of Common Stock

ATLANTA, Feb. 21, 2017

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for repayment of debt and general corporate purposes, including the acquisition and development of office properties and other opportunistic investments.  The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by TPG.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will serve as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
