PR Newswire

SAN FRANCISCO, April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: "CNCG") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Janus Cam has recently entered into an exclusive reseller agreement with Cabconnect Canada for the sale, distribution, installation and support of the Janus Cam product line of high definition in-vehicle recording devices in Canada. The products will be offered in Canada by Cabconnect under the Janus Cam brand and will include the popular Janus V2 dual lens, HD camera with integrated DVR for video recording, audio recording from inside the vehicle and GPS tracking of vehicle location and speeds along with g-force inertial sensors that report on sudden stops, sudden starts, impacts, over speeding and other driving events. Janus Cam is rapidly becoming the choice for the taxi and limousine industry in the US looking to improve driver safety and improve fleet management effectiveness. Janus Cam is now looking to expand their market presence to include all of North America.

Alex Stuart, President – Cabconnect Canada Corp. has stated, "We are delighted to be representing the Janus Cam products in the Canadian market place. With little historical competition our clients appreciate all the differentiating benefits we have to offer over others in the market. From our sleek designs, exceptional performance, and Janus Cam's ongoing commitment for perfection and value-added integration, our customers are welcoming choices and competitive pricing."

Concierge has been focusing its resources exclusively on Janus Cam since February by ceasing operations of its other subsidiaries and working to establish channels to market and synergistic relationships within the industry supplying fleet management and vehicle safety devices. David Neibert, CEO of Concierge, commented, "We have seen the positive results from installation of the Janus Cam recording devices in vehicles and have confidence that the growing trend for their use will continue. In addition to now offering a consumer version, which is less expensive and containing fewer accessories than those required by commercial operators, Janus Cam is also working to incorporate software plug-ins designed to enhance the utility of the collected data. With Cabconnect's extensive background and clientele in the taxi, limo and paratransit business who use Cabconnect software for fleet management and billing functions, it seems an excellent fit for them to add the video and GPS data from the Janus V2 to their product offering."
