("ClubCorp" or the "Company") (NYSE: MYCC) to affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE: APO). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of ClubCorp will receive only $17.12 in cash for each share of ClubCorp that they own.
