Citizens Financial Services, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MANSFIELD, Pa., Nov. 23, 2016

The cash dividend of $.42 per share is payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 16, 2016. This quarterly cash dividend is an increase of 2.4% over the cash dividend paid December 30, 2015.
