China Shouguan Mining Corporation Announces Adjournment of Special Meeting of Shareholders

SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 12, 2016

The Special Meeting has been adjourned to 2:00 p.m. Beijing time on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at the Company`s headquarters located at No.1, Fuhua Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, People's Republic of China to allow additional time for the shareholders to vote on the proposals set forth in the Company`s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").

During the period of the adjournment, the Company will continue to solicit proxies from its shareholders with respect to the proposals set forth in the Company`s proxy statement. If a shareholder has previously submitted its proxy card and does not wish to change its vote, no further action is required by such shareholder.

The Company encourages all shareholders who have not yet voted to do so before October 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Beijing time.

No changes have been made in the proposals to be voted on by shareholders at the Special Meeting. The Company`s proxy statement and any other materials filed by the Company with the SEC remain unchanged and can be obtained free of charge at the SEC`s website at www.sec.gov.
