Cellcom Israel Ltd. Announces Postponement of Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders

NETANYA, Israel, September 19, 2016

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) announced today that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") of Cellcom Israel Ltd. (the "Company") scheduled to September 21, 2016, is postponed and will be held at a later date, due to the Company's intention to further update its compensation policy.
