Castellum Appoints MD of Region West

GÖTEBORG, Sweden, Oct. 26, 2017

Mariette Hilmersson has been appointed as new Managing Director of Region West in Castellum. Mariette has most recently worked as Managing Director and CEO of Förvaltnings AB Framtiden and brings extensive experience to Castellum from several management positions in the real estate business. Förvaltnings AB Framtiden is a real estate group owned by the City of Gothenburg and responsible for all housing companies.

As Managing Director, Mariette will manage Region West – that is operations mainly in Greater Gothenburg – with a real estate portfolio that amounts to approx. SEK 17 billion.

Mariette will join the Executive Team, and will enter the position 1 February, 2018.
