Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of Cape Bancorp, Inc. ("Cape" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CBNJ) to OceanFirst Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: OCFC). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Cape will receive only $2.25 in cash and 0.6375 shares of OceanFirst stock for each share of Cape that they own.
