BlueStream Expands Mobility Portfolio Through Purchase Of Assets of Andrew Services Inc. from CommScope

FARIBAULT, Minn., Nov. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BlueStream, a member of the KGP family of companies and leading provider of planning, implementation and maintenance services for wireless and wireline communications networks, announces the purchase of select assets and ongoing business of the program management and field installation services arm of Andrew Services Inc. (ASI), a division of CommScope. The acquired assets, which included the transfer of a number of key employees, is primarily focused on construction services for wireless customers in the US. The acquisition provides depth and site development talent, enhancing BlueStream's mobility services offering.
