BOSTON, Feb. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Block & Leviton LLP (www.blockesq.com), a securities litigation firm representing investors nationwide, is investigating whether A10 Networks, Inc. ("A10" or the "Company") (NYSE: ATEN) and certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws.

On January 30, 2018, after significantly lowering the Company's financial guidance weeks before, A10 announced that it would delay the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial reports. The Company further disclosed that in the course of an internal review concerning violations of the Company's insider trading policy, A10 and its Audit Committee determined that further investigation of its internal controls was necessary, and that the now ongoing Audit Committee investigation is "focused on certain revenue recognition matters" dating back to 2015.

On this news, A10's stock fell more than 12% on January 31, 2018 and continued to fall in the days following, causing millions of dollars in losses to investors.
