Schiphol, the Netherlands, 2016-04-06 09:16 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wereldhave announces that due to taking up an executive role as CFO of Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways), Mr. Bert Groenewegen will step down from the Supervisory Board of Wereldhave per September 1, 2016. We regret him leaving, thank him for his very valuable contribution the last 2 years and wish him lots of success in his new assignment. The Supervisory Board of Wereldhave will continue to consist of 5 members; the proposal to appoint Mrs. Leen Geirnaerdt and Mr. Gert van de Weerdhof is tabled for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on April 22, 2016.
