(OTC: BKEN) ("Bakken Energy Corp" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will engage Auditors of M&K CPAS PLLC of Houston Texas to provide audited financial statements to bring the company up to date and allow it to become a fully compliant OTC QB filer.
Bakken is reviewing various business opportunities available to it and will short list over the next 60 days.
