PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 12, 2016

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Aberdeen Greater China Fund, Inc. (NYSE: GCH) (the "Fund"), a closed-end equity fund, announced today that it will pay a dividend of US$0.0414 per share on September 28, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of September 21, 2016. This distribution is comprised of 100% net realized long-term capital gains.
