Aberdeen Chile Fund, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

PHILADELPHIA, March 30, 2017

As of the record date, February 6, 2017, there were 9,357,689 outstanding shares of the Fund. 76.85% of the outstanding shares were voted at the Meeting representing a quorum.

The description of the proposal and number of shares voted at the Meeting are as follows:

To elect two Class III Directors to the Board of Directors:
