Change to Pöyry PLC's Disclosure Policy

The Board of Directors of Pöyry PLC has approved a change to Pöyry's Disclosure Policy as regards the silent period during which Pöyry does not communicate with the investor community.

According to the new policy, Pöyry's silent period begins 21 days prior to the publication of annual or interim financial results. The silent period lasts until the respective announcement of financial results. The new policy will be applied in the financial period 2015 and thereafter for defining the silent periods before the publication of interim and annual financial results for 2015.

According to the previous policy, the silent period begins 21 days prior to the publication of interim reports and the silent period before the financial statements release begins when the result of November is available to the company.

This change does not affect the silent periods included in Pöyry PLC's company calendar for 2015, published on 25 September 2014.
