Und dann stellt sich logischerweise die Frage, warum das Unternehmen unter der letzten Adresse nur eine Marktkapitalisierung von 37,55 Millionen hat, während das Unternehmen mit der kleineren US-Userzahl eine von 5,02 Milliarden hat. Und hinzu kommt noch, dass Local Corp außer den Zahlen von der Flagship-Seite noch 15 bis 20 Millionen User im Netzwerk hat, die direkt bei den Mitgliedern des Netzwerkes (mest online gestellte Zeitungen und Zeitschriften) gezählt werden - das dürfte in etwa die ausländischen User von Yelp aufwiegen, da Local Corp im Ausland nur in Großbritannien mit einer eigenen Landesgesellschaft vertreten ist.

Sprachlos ist man auch, dass Local Corp nur mit dem O,4-fachen Umsatz bewertet wird, Yelp auch nach dem Absturz noch mit 18-fachen.
